Also while taking handover of your ordered article, check carefully for any physical damage to the box in transit or if packing seal is torn, in such cases you may reject accepting the parcel and intimate us the actual reason of your rejection so that we can initiate the remedial processes.
Special Note on Mobile Phones and Smart Gadgets
Please note that mobile phones and smart gadgets with IMEI numbers cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged under any circumstances once the box seal is opened. We recommend carefully reviewing your purchase before breaking the seal to ensure it meets your expectations.
