We offer shipping services to all areas within the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Unfortunately, we do not ship to locations outside of these islands at this time.

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on orders over ₹10,000 and weighing less than 1 kg. This offer is only valid for standard shipping within the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
Delivery Time
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.
Delivery Time: Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
Delivery Process
Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If you are unavailable during these attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask you to provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and ensure that you receive the missing items or a refund.
Non-Delivery Areas
If your delivery location is in a remote area where our delivery partners do not operate, we will notify you at the earliest. In such cases, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.
